I was surprised they had the parts I needed in stock!!! Super easy, no hassle, just found what I needed and got it done!!!

"I’m usually skeptical when a site..."
I’m usually skeptical when a site has all that polished company talk about “best value” and whatever, but this one actually felt straightforward. The prices were fair compared to other places I checked, and what I got seemed worth what I paid. Checkout was easy too, and I didn’t get hit with any weird extra charges at the end. Nothing flashy, just decent value

"Really helpful support"
I had a little issue getting my order set up, but tech support got back to me quickly. They explained everything in plain English, which I really appreciated, and didn’t make it feel like a big ordeal. Got everything working fine in the end, so I’m definitely "happy" with the help I got

"Customer service actually helped, surprisingly"
I had a small issue with my order because I wasn’t totally sure I picked the right item, which is always fun after already checking out. I messaged customer service expecting the usual waiting game, but they got back to me quickly, so credit where it’s due.
They explained what I needed in a way that didn’t make things more confusing than necessary and helped get everything fixed before it shipped. it was simple and easy, which apparently is not too much to ask. I’d buy from itsupplies.com again.

"Everything showed up just like it should"
I ordered from IT Supplies and my order came exactly as expected. Nothing was missing, nothing was swapped out, and there were no little surprises to deal with. Reading between the lines, it might sound basic, but that’s all I wanted, a simple order that showed up right the first time.

I ordered a few office supplies they were better than I expected for the price. One of the boxes showed up a little bent, but everything inside was totally fine, so it wasn’t really a big deal.

"Shipping got here faster than expected"
I ordered a few things from IT Supplies, and the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. The tracking updated like it should, so I had a good idea of where the package was. It ended up arriving a day early, which was a nice surprise. I’m giving 4 stars because the box was a little banged up, but since everything inside was fine, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how fast it got here.
